- Service not delivered: If the purchased service was not initiated or no value was delivered.
- Duplicate payment: If a payment was charged more than once.
- Technical issues from our side: If we are unable to deliver testing due to internal errors or system failures.
- Service cancellation: If you cancel the service within 24 hours of purchase and work has not started.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- The testing service has already been initiated or completed.
- Dissatisfaction is due to factors outside our scope (e.g., third-party code issues or lack of integration support).
- The service was delayed due to insufficient information or access provided by the client.
- The client changed their mind after project commencement.

- Order or invoice number
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant supporting documentation or screenshots
